🍵 The Mayan's Secret Tea

Take once per day, before 10:00 AM only. Your weight-based dose is 12 oz.

How to prepare your tea:

  1. Buy 1 gallon of distilled water
  2. Measure approximately 51 oz of water from that gallon
  3. Pour it into a pot and bring to a boil
  4. Once boiling, add 30 leaves and continue boiling for 2 minutes
  5. Remove from heat and steep at least 2 hours — it turns orange to medium-brown
  6. Strain and pour
  7. Save the used leaves; next batch, reuse them and add 30 fresh leaves to a new 51 oz of water

Drink hot to warm, add a pinch of black pepper just before drinking, plain with no sweetener.
